  • Hi.. I'm Linda Otiende; a Personal Style Blogger. I think fashion and style is all about creativity; playing around with what you have to create something unique and stylish out of it. Blogging about my personal style is an interest I developed about three years ago when I discovered that as ladies, we really go to certain extremes to look good. Yes, we gotta look good but at the end of the day that does not mean that we have to wear the most expensive clothes or shoes to be stylish. You can actually work it out in the cheapest of them yet still ooze class! So welcome to my blog where I will get to show you my personal style and how I manage to look good on a budget. I do hope you enjoy.

    Bringing back the '70s

Hoping your week is off to a great start.

Today's post features a floral cullote jumpsuit I got from www.chicme.com. I won't lie that the length and the loose fit looked a bit awkward for me in the past but I'm so loving this trend right now. It's quite interesting that most of what our parents wore back in the day are actually trending now and the cullote trend is one among many.

The thing about cullotes is that they can be dressed up for any occasion; just get it in the perfect color or print and you are good to go. Like for this particular floral one; you can opt to go casual in it by throwing in flats and a kimono or hat; for an evening wear you can go with a blazer and a pair of statement heels. The white coat I chose to pair it with is from FashionMia; an online fashion clothing site for both men and women. I however had the coat altered a bit on the pocket areas to enable me wear it with any outfit.

Feel free to let me know in the comments section what you think about this look.

Have a lovely day and rest of the week and thank you for always taking your time to check out my blog. It means a lot to me :-)

    ❤❤❤
