Just like the off-shoulder, ruffles are currently hot and this trend has been spotted on necklines, skirts, blouses and even dresses. With ruffles, you need not worry about accessorizing especially when on the neckline because the ruffles are a statement in themselves.

Today's outfit is a black dress with ruffle details on the side and its perfect for the office. Remember ladies in my previous post I mentioned that formal wear doesn't have to be plain and boring so ladies invest in pieces with a bit of detail to spice up a rather plain office look.
