1. Accessorize
This is the best fashion tip of all times. Accessorizing an outfit just takes it to a whole new level. By accessories here I mean hats, jewelry, belts, scarves etc

2.Experiment
Stop playing safe. Experiment with as many color combos as you can. That way you even get to know what colors bring out the best in you. Wearing color actually does wonders to your whole appearance so I challenge you to come out of your comfort zones.
3. Show skin strategically
Just how much is too much? If you want to show a bit of leg, stick to that. If you are the 'no sleeves' type, go ahead and if its cleavage just stick to that. Too much can turn out to be sleazy.
4. Embrace your shape
Am too curvy?! Am too slim?! Stop complaining and embrace yourself the way you are. Use what you have to bring out the best. If you are curvy then dress your curves. If you are slim; find something that works for you e.g don't go for clingy clothes coz they'll make you look slimmer but instead go for stripes (horizontal), heavy prints, peplums etc
5. Invest in staples
When you invest in wardrobe staples you will never be worried about what to wear.
It is smart to invest in timeless staples because they never go out of style and in any case you can build the rest of your wardrobe around them Style Guide

6. Invest in a good tailor
Once in a while its good to have your clothes tailored. It is inexpensive and you get clothes that fit you perfectly. And what's even best is that a year down the line you can still take it back to the tailor for alterations depending on whether you've gained or lost.
7. Be comfortable in what you wear
Never at any given time should you sacrifice your comfort for fashion. Do not suffer in that 6 inch heel or micro skirt just because you want to be the center of attention. Style and confidence go hand in hand.
8. Dress for yourself
When you dress for others then you lose your self confidence because at the end of the day you are trying to impress others which shouldn't be the case. Dress up because you want to and that way you will feel comfortable and confident.
